看一下CNZZ的数据，今年8月，搜狗宣布腾讯入住前的一个月，百度、360、搜狗、搜搜、谷歌的市场占有率分别为63.16%、18.23%、10.35%、3.62%和2.88%（余下的搜索引擎在中国国内市场份额均在1%以内，对格局影响较小，故忽略）。

而在9月，搜狗宣布腾讯入住的当月，360的份额增至19.04%，而搜狗和搜搜的份额都有增长，分别为10.54%和3.99%，累计14.53%。其中，搜搜的份额出现了拐点。从今年1月到5月，搜搜的市场份额从3.5%逐渐向3.99%增长；而从5月至8月，搜搜市场份额开始逐渐下滑至3.62%；但在9月，搜搜却又从3.62%一下增长到了3.99%。9月的一个月，让搜搜的增长一下子对冲了此前三个月的下滑幅度。而搜狗依然是稳步增长。

在今年9月前，360搜索份额每月增长1到1.5个百分点，两个月累计的市场份额增长不会超过3个百分点。在同期，360搜索份额的增长主要来自于百度、谷歌的下滑。

而在今年10月，市场已发生了变化。除百度、谷歌的份额下滑补充了360搜索外，搜狗和搜搜的市场份额也均下滑。其中，搜狗市场份额从9月的10.54%下滑至10.45%，下滑了0.09个百分点，而此前搜狗的市场份额是每月增长0.2个百分点。也就是说搜狗“里外里”共有0.3个百分点的逆差给了360。

如此也就明白，360将从腾讯入住搜狗前时的挖百度的坟，改为先向搜狗开刀。
